Grilled Citrus Steak

This boneless beef top round steak marinated in a sweet and salty citrus bath and grilled to perfection is a hit in our house.This is an easy recipe that will always leave your loved ones and guests impressed with your culinary skills. The marinade for this steak is equally delicious brushed on beef kabobs. Very easy, but oh so good! This marinade will work with just about any kind of steak. Enjoy!!!

Makes 6 servings

IngredientsGrilled Citrus Steak

2/3 cup orange marmalade

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp canola oil

2 lb boneless beef top round steak ( 2 inches thick)


1. Combine the marmalade, say sauce, lemon juice, and oil and mix well. Pour 1 cup of marinade in a plastic bag. Add the steak to the marinade. Seal bag and coat very well. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

2. Drain the meat very well and grill, covered, for 8 min on each side or until it is done, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
